Due to the impact of the coronavirus on the hospitality and tourism industry and travel restrictions, we have changed our cancellation policy for the period of struggle against COVID-19 pandemic. For all existing individual bookings, including non-refundable rates, we authorize changes or cancellation without penalty based on deposit which can be used till the end of 2020 , provided that such changes or cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time at the hotel.
