  Since opening BANKHOTEL, we have been adhering to “The Code of Excellence” every day, a key element of which is the care of our guests, partners and employees.

    This principle also accompanies us in this difficult period of the coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide pandemic. We adhere to all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of this virus. We monitor the COVID-19 situation every day and take all possible steps to prevent the spread of the virus in our hotel. All our employees have received detailed instructions on the characteristics of coronavirus, its symptoms, and the actions it will detect.

   We understand that worldwide security measures are designed to reduce the spread of the virus, so they recommend restricting travel. However, we assure you that the safety and health of our guests, partners and employees have always been and are at the forefront of our work. I want to thank you for your trust to BANKHOTEL during your previous travels and we always look forward to seeing you in the future.

   I want to assure you that we welcome guests every day and do our best to make your stay at BANKHOTEL safe. Always, especially these days, safety is our highest priority. Due to the impact of the coronavirus on the hospitality and tourism industry and travel restrictions, we have changed our cancellation policy for the period of struggle against COVID-19 pandemic.

   For all existing individual bookings, including non-refundable rates, we authorize changes or cancellations for up to 30 April 2020, without penalty based on deposit which can be used till the end of 2020 , provided that such changes or cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time at the hotel.

   During the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to work for you, following all the necessary procedures and recommendations from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the World Health Organization. We have closed night bar SATIRIKON, wine bar RESERVE,  beauty salon BANKHOTEL BEAUTY and SAFE restaurant (for hotel guest room service is available). Our safety precautions include regular disinfection of all guest rooms, public and office areas, and hand-held antiseptics are available at the hotel in different areas.

   I am convinced that critical times should unite us all to overcome existing problems. The BANKHOTEL team is ready for the challenges of today, because your safety has always been and is our first priority.
