On June 20, SAFE restaurant hosted an evening of exclusive menu that lasted only one day.

For this evening we ordered tuna from the Indian Ocean, which weighed 37 kilograms.

All menu items were cooked from this tuna in the open kitchen by our brand-chef.

That evening, the guests tasted sashimi, tartar, carpaccio, and steaks, whereas our sommelier was helping to choose a wine from our wine list, which includes 270 positions.
