BANKHOTEL hosted the “Hospitality without Limits” training, which lasted 2 days. The training was attended by 34 employees from 15 restaurants and 9 hotels.
This project is an initiative of the Lviv City Council’s Tourism Department together with experts Nina Matsyuk and Volodymyr Vysotsky.
The main goal is to create an even more accessible city for everyone, regardless of their capabilities.
The project will provide training throughout the year. The courses will include both theoretical and practical parts. This will allow hospitality establishments to receive adaptive solutions and suggestions to ensure the most comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests.
