About the hotel

A review specifically about the conference space, which takes up almost the entire second floor. You can get there by stairs or by lift, and there is a separate cloakroom for guests attending seminars or conferences.

The chairs and tables can be arranged however you need: in the hall where I was, they were set up in rows, while the hall next door had a circular layout. The equipment is available for every need and preference.

What I liked most was the green wall in the winter garden, so in the end I took far more photos there than in the halls themselves)))

For me, this hotel is part of our family history ❤️ A wonderful place for a wedding photoshoot 🤍 In the end, we also celebrated the wedding itself there 🤍 The advantage over a standalone restaurant is the possibility to stay overnight at the hotel 🏦)

Everything was great!

You’re immersed in the banking atmosphere of the Habsburg era. Granite staircases, Secession-style décor, and preserved wall-sized safes that now hold wine bottles instead of gold bars or banknotes.)

The room was good, breakfast was good, and there is a panoramic bar with a full kitchen on the top floor.

A wonderful hotel that fully lives up to its stars. Perfect location, modern renovation, polite and professional staff, and cosy rooms.

Special mention should be made of the restaurant with its incredible view over the city from the terrace on the seventh floor. Delicious food, aromatic wine and attentive waiters.

We celebrated our wedding at your hotel on 23 August and were truly impressed! The atmosphere, service and cuisine were all at the highest level. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

I would especially like to thank Mr Maksym, who looked after our table No. 2. He was extremely attentive, responded quickly to every request, and our glasses were always full 🙂.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the service.

The first person we noticed was the doorman. He does his job 200%: he constantly helped us with the stroller – lifting it, carrying it down, putting it into the car, opening doors and helping with bags. And not only on arrival, but every day throughout our stay at the hotel. He definitely deserves a bonus)) We stayed from 7 to 10 November.

At reception, they easily changed our room at check-in, replacing two separate beds with one large bed.

The breakfasts were very tasty, and the waiters were very attentive.

The room was cleaned every day, and we also received a nice little bonus.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and have a lovely view from the window.

The hotel is close to the centre, and there is parking available.

As always, everything is at the highest level!

That is why I love this hotel, and I honestly wish there were BANKHOTELs in Kyiv and Odesa as well.

The location is right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance. At the same time, it is remarkably quiet at night. The mattresses are very comfortable, and there is a pillow menu.

It is especially convenient for business trips, as the room has an ironing board and an iron.

The breakfasts are varied and served buffet-style. It is nice that there are vegetables, both fresh and steamed. Fresh orange juice and very good coffee.

Bank Hotel is my absolute favourite hotel in Lviv. It is beautiful, set in a wonderful location and has a shelter. Every little detail has been thought through here: a safe, mini-bar, pillow menu – whether you prefer an orthopaedic pillow or a buckwheat one – and all of this creates a real sense of care for the guest.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, and there is convenient parking. The room is warm and cosy. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as thoughtful little extras such as a nail file, sewing kit, earplugs and other useful items. Snow-white bathrobes are provided, and there are so many towels it feels as if they were prepared for a football team rather than two guests.

It was a little cool at breakfast, but their syrnyky warm not only the body, but the soul as well.

This is a place you want to return to. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Lviv – and, of course, to staying at Bank Hotel again.

Honestly, this is one of those hotels that makes you realise service here in Ukraine can be delivered at a very high level.

We stayed here during a trip to Lviv and were absolutely delighted. The hotel is beautiful and atmospheric, with the history of the building clearly felt, while inside everything is modern and very comfortable. The location is simply ideal – right in the city centre, yet quiet and cosy.

We mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday, and the hotel team upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony, left a fruit plate in the room and even prepared a sweet compliment at breakfast. It was such a lovely gesture and created a real festive mood.

Breakfast deserves a special mention. It was delicious, with a wide choice and beautiful presentation.
